The Founding and Evolution of Norfolk Prime Property Care
Norfolk Prime Property Care began with a simple idea: do the job properly, treat people with respect, and make life easier for anyone who needs a reliable pair of hands around their home or rental property. That’s still the core of what I do, and it’s the same message I give anyone who asks what my business is about.
Hi, I’m Luke. I recently moved to Tuckswood and launched NPPC.uk — Norfolk Prime Property Care. I help people look after their homes and rental properties with cleaning, gardening, handyman work, and fully licensed house clearances.
Before starting NPPC, I ran a clearance business alongside an antiques shop. That gave me experience in full property clearouts, valuing items properly, and handling sensitive situations such as bereavements and probate. I’ve also renovated ten full houses and two flats, built agricultural structures like milking barns, and landscaped hundreds of gardens. Because of that background, I’m confident with everything from small repairs to full property transformations.
I’m fully insured and licensed for waste removal. I bring high standards, reliability, and an eye for detail from my years as a high‑end chef — including time spent cooking in care homes. Working in those environments taught me the importance of dignity, patience, consistency, and understanding the needs of vulnerable people. Those lessons shape how I approach sensitive clearances and how I support clients who may be overwhelmed, unwell, or going through difficult circumstances.
NPPC is also shaped by the experience Michelle brings. She has spent more than ten years as a senior carer, supporting older adults and vulnerable people with compassion, professionalism, and calm under pressure. Her background means she understands the emotional side of clutter, the challenges people face when their home becomes unmanageable, and the importance of working at someone’s pace. Together, we bring a trauma‑aware, respectful approach to every job — especially when a client needs more than just practical help.
What began as a few small jobs around Norwich has grown naturally into a trusted local service. Every new service came from real people asking if I could help with one more thing. The business continues to evolve, but the foundation stays the same: clear communication, fair pricing, and work done with care.
