  • Job Records & Invoices: Retained for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Waste Documentation: Retained as legally required by the Environment Agency.
  • Enquiries: Non-booked quotes are deleted after 12 months.

4. Social Media & Filming Policy

To showcase our workmanship, we frequently capture “Before & After” content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Consent: We seek verbal or written consent before filming or photographing inside private living areas.
  • Anonymisation: We proactively blur or crop out house numbers, vehicle registrations, family photos, and sensitive documents.
  • Opt-Out: Customers may request the removal of any image or video featuring their property at any time; we will comply within 48 hours.

5. Terms of Service

  • Quotes: All quotes are free, transparent, and valid for 30 days.
  • Access: Customers must ensure safe access to the property, including securing pets and providing parking where necessary.
  • Payments: Payment is due upon completion of works unless a prior arrangement (e.g., for Estate Agents) has been made.
  • Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur a small fee to cover travel or preparation costs.

6. Environmental & Waste Statement

As a licensed waste carrier, NPPC operates under a “Zero Fly-Tipping” policy.

  • All waste is disposed of through authorised UK transfer stations.
  • We prioritise Upcycling & Resale to minimise landfill impact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the removal of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals) that fall outside our current license scope.
